PACKAGE “THE EXPLORER”(2 DAYS AND 1 NIGHT)

FIRST DAY

 · 8:00 AM - Departure from Manaus by car to cross on barge the Rio Negro River up to Cacal Pereira or Brito.
· 10:00 AM - Visit to "3 Brothers" fish breeding tributary, where you may swimm.
· 11:30 AM - Arrival to the Field Station, welcome drinks, lodging and visit of the surroundings.
· 12:00 - Lunch and rest on hammocks or beds.
· 2:00 p.m - Visit to the thousand of years old giants trees. On the way the guid informs about the numerous medical plants.
From 4:00 to 6:00 p.m- Fishing Piranhas
From 6:00 to  8:00 p.m  Spotting alligators at night
-8:00 p.m Dinner
After dinner ,the guid informs about the native’s believe and superstitions

 2nd DAY

· 7:00 A.M – Breakfast
· From 8:00 AM to 4 PM - An unforgettable experience on motorised canoe, visiting Lake Ubim, Tiririca River, tributary Pataúa with it's misterious Igapos and Lake Acajatuba with it's native village, where curious are made for sale. On the way visiting natives and their plantations and "casa de farinha" .You will enjoy lunch at the sandy beach of the Rio Negro River (only during the low waters season) where you can swim. During this trip you may see Delphins playing in water.

· 4:00 p.m Return to our base and from there to Manaus, before 7:00 p.m

· 7:00 AM – Breakfast
· From 9:00 a.m to 5:00 pm – Training, in the rain  forest , about the survival in the jungle: how to find your way should you get lost, what you can eat and drink and how to get water how to make fire, and how to protect you from storms and how to overnight in the jungle.
Lunch will be served in the forest. After lunch training how to paddle canoe on the tributary. Learning how to fish  and how to prepare it  for food.
· 5:30 pm - Return to base and free time.
· 7:00 p.m Dinner.

For visitors who may wish so, can be arranged an overnight in the jungle.

· From 8:00am to Noon – To the Black Lake with it’s giant Water lilies(Vitória Régia).
· 1:00 pm – Lunch and rest in hammocks at the “chapéu de palha”.
· 4:00 p.m – Start  return to Manaus.

The price includes: pick up and drop at the Manaus Airport or at hotel in Manaus, lodging, food and all our activities on land and water.
Drinks are not included.

The departures from Manaus for CEPECAM and returns can be done at any time during the day from 7 AM to 6 PM.

The payment for our packages must be made at our office in Manaus or upon the arrival at the Manaus airport should the visitor wish to be taken directly from the airport to the
CEPECAM AMAZON ADVENTURE.

Please let us know the date, hour and the flight number of your arrival to Manaus, so that our guide, holding a plate with your name,can pick you up on arrival at the Manaus airport.
